The company
We have been reducing what companies pay their suppliers since 2021, first in the Nordic market and now from Dubai. Bidma was founded in Sweden and the business today operates through BIDMA PROCUREMENT - FZCO, licensed in the United Arab Emirates. Work described on this site as Nordic was delivered under the Swedish company.

How we work
We do one thing: we reduce what you pay your suppliers. That means a baseline agreed in writing before the work starts, a focus on total cost rather than headline price, and a saving that counts only once your own finance team can trace it in the ledger. We are paid a share of what that team verifies, so if there is nothing to verify there is nothing to pay. The market and the supply base here are not the Nordic ones. The method is the same.

Our base is Dubai Silicon Oasis and we work across the Emirates. We come to you.
Who does the work
The people who run your engagement are the people you meet. Where a category calls for a specialist we bring one in, and any specialist signs the same non-disclosure terms, is named to you before they get access, and can be refused by you.
Continuity
We scope engagements in stages, so a pause between them leaves nothing half finished. If someone becomes unavailable in the middle of a stage you hear from us at once, and the cover arrangement takes over.
